Questions

Which one should I pick?
If you want the app gone at certain hours, a blocker works. If you want to keep using the apps but lose the parts that trap you, Eclipsis is built for that.
Can I use Eclipsis with one of the others?
Yes. Eclipsis changes pages inside Safari and its own browser; a blocker that gates app launches does not conflict with it.
Why is the desktop extension free?
Because a browser extension costs nothing to run. The iPhone app's paid tier funds the work.
